About Dr. VanWechel

more than 27 years of practice, Dr. VanWechel has become one of the
most highly regarded practitioners of cosmetic dentistry in the nation.
His special talent is his ability to recognize the potential for form
and beauty in the most dismal of smiles--and to use his skills to transform
that potential into reality. His active participation in the most exacting
and selective of the nation's continuing education programs for cosmetic
dentistry keeps him on the very forward edge of the newest dental techniques
and materials. His patients are the ultimate beneficiaries of his strong,
personal commitment to the continuous enhancement of his own knowledge
in the field.
Dr. VanWechel holds a degree in business from Luther College and a degree in dentistry from the University of Iowa . He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society and the American Society of Dental Aesthetics, which has an elite membership of 400 worldwide. He is a graduate of the LSU Cosmetic Dentistry Continuum and the Foundation of Advanced Continuing Education program for full mouth rehabilitation. Upon his graduation in 1999 from the Master Aesthetic Dentist Program at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, he was recognized as being in the top one percent of all dentists in North America . He has practiced dentistry in Colorado since 1979.
